Pink Pompadour

One peak moment for pink was in the 18th century European courts and especially favored by Madame de Pompadour. She was not born into aristocracy, but she became an inofficial advisor as the royal mistress and reached the most noble rank possible for a woman at court, effectively playing the role of a prime minister.

The pink neon cover is discreetly embossed so that it shimmers when light hits. The spine and edges are white as well as the linen thread and the three thin soft book marks. The folded sheets are sewn together with the help of the coptic stitch technique leaving four columns of kettle stitches.

As always; the 240 warm white pages are blank and free to fill your way.
